What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technology field.
- 10 to 12 years of technical experience designing and developing large enterprise solutions using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework, micro services architecture, and domain driven design.
- 5+ years designing and developing web solutions using Angular, React, Kendo, and NgRx State management.
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and the ability to validate, refine, and optimize AI-generated code.
- Experience integrating AI-driven testing, code analysis, or refactoring tools into development workflows.
- Experience building and deploying solutions in Azure.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps is considered a plus.
- Strong sense of initiative and a “can-do” attitude.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships within the team and across other IT groups, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to research new technologies and initiatives, determine best architectural approaches, and act proactively and decisively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with Executive audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in terms that nontechnical audiences can understand.
- Ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently and stay broadly focused.
