Rust Developer

DCI Solutions is seeking a Rust Developer to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role centers on building Rust based software, validating and deploying code, and continually enhancing applications, while guiding junior project staff through mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rust based software aligned with project requirements
• Write efficient, clean Rust code in collaboration with teammates
• Test, build, and deploy software components and applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
• Compile and assess user feedback to drive performance enhancements
• Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to current software products
• Develop technical documentation to guide future development projects
• Supervise and mentor junior project staff and team members

Requirements

• BS in a STEM field
• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong expertise in Rust programming
• Experience with C programming
• DOD IAT level II certification preferred
• Secret Security Clearance required
