Responsibilities

• Contribute as a Rust Developer on development initiatives
• Write efficient and maintainable Rust code aligned with requirements
• Test and deploy software and applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
• Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize performance
• Identify improvement opportunities from user feedback to refine products
• Create technical documentation to guide future development projects
• Supervise and mentor project and team staff

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Expert proficiency in Rust
• Experience with C programming
• DOD IAT level II certification (preferred)
• Secret security clearance is required
