Job Description

The Oracle OAS/BI Developer role supports the Defense Logistics Agency program by designing, building, and maintaining Oracle EBS reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Server and OBIEE lineage within a federal financial management environment. This onsite position is based in Arlington, VA, with a salary range of USD 89,600 - 176,300 per yearly.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations in Oracle OAS.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate analytic and reporting requirements.
  • Customize and extend OAS RPD, subject areas, metadata layers, and data models supporting Oracle EBS financial modules.
  • Build analyses leveraging EBS data structures such as GL, AP, AR, PO, Projects, and Costing.
  • Optimize SQL queries and BI data models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with DLA and DoD data governance, security, and audit requirements.
  • Perform impact analyses and deliver enhancements in alignment with change control processes.
  • Support integration of OAS with EBS, ODI, and related ETL components where needed.
  • Prepare documentation, user guides, and support materials for reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional leads on modernization initiatives, upgrades, and data migration activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience developing with Oracle OAS, OBIEE, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (financials).
  • Understanding of EBS data structures.
  • Strong SQL skills, including query tuning and working with complex joins and EBS schemas.
  • Experience with OAS repository development (RPD), subject areas, metadata modeling, and data lineage.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required government clearance.
