Job Description

Compensation USD 110,000 per year. This position includes a benefits package with federal holidays and time off, employer-paid health insurance coverage, life insurance, a flexible spending account, and a 401(k) retirement plan with generous employer matching. The role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with on-site presence one to two days per week while contributing to FAA project initiatives by designing and developing enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and Java/J2EE, integrating with PIF, and creating web services.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Develop reusable components, business services, task flows, and user interfaces using Oracle ADF.
  • Perform code analysis, debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of Oracle ADF applications.
  • Develop SOAP and REST web services.
  • Design and implement integrations using Oracle Consulting's Project Integration Framework (PIF); configure and customize PIF components based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across distributed applications.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a relevant field
  • Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise applications using Oracle ADF and Java/J2EE
  • Strong experience with Oracle SOA Suite and enterprise integrations
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills
  • Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Consulting's Project Integration Framework (PIF)
  • Experience using Splunk for monitoring, troubleshooting, and log analysis
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
