Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and manage software projects in support of IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Programmatically integrate third-party components and introduce new custom capabilities.
• Refactor existing code to improve functionality and performance.
• Suggest process improvements and automate routine operations and maintenance tasks.
• Lead technical efforts to design, build, and deploy applications under the direction of lead architects.
• Engage in large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
• Conduct technical milestone reviews, code architecture sessions, resource estimation, and knowledge transfer on development best practices.

• Proven experience in software development and application management.
• Strong knowledge of application design, development, testing, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with programmatic integration of third-party components.
• Ability to modify existing code and introduce new capabilities.
• Capability to recommend and implement process improvements and automation.
• Experience with large-scale data processing, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and QA.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
