About Rebus Energy Solutions
Rebus Energy Solutions develops VANTAGE, an enterprise SaaS platform that powers mission-critical logistics, dispatching, workflow automation, invoicing, regulatory reporting, integrations, and real-time operational workflows for the energy industry. For more than a decade, VANTAGE has evolved into a comprehensive enterprise platform. As the company grows, there is a strong focus on cloud technologies, modern engineering practices, AI-assisted software development, and stack modernization. The organization is founder-led and highly collaborative, with founders actively involved in software architecture, product design, code reviews, and technical decision-making. The team operates as a distributed, agile group across the United States and India, ensuring every engineer has a voice and a meaningful impact.
Work Environment
The team values in-person collaboration and believes some of the best engineering work happens when architects and developers brainstorm together, review code, and tackle complex decisions side by side. The role is based in our Denver office, where you’ll work closely with the founders and the local engineering squad while coordinating daily with teammates in India.
About the Role
This is a hands-on technical leadership position. The ideal engineer thrives on solving challenging technical problems, designing scalable systems, and delivering production-quality code. - Proactively improve systems, processes, and code quality without waiting for permission.
- Are excited by the opportunity to help build a growing company, not just complete tasks.

- Lead by example through technical excellence.
Preferred Technical Experience
- Experience with DevExtreme React Components and/or legacy Knockout.js.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
