Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience, or 1-2+ years in a professional role with a 4-year degree
• Experience building Open API and RESTful systems using JSON
• Working knowledge of Git
• .NET, C# version 6 or higher
• Entity Framework within the .NET ecosystem
• Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Experience with Svelte or similar frontend frameworks (for example, React, Vue, Angular)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Bonus: UiPath or other Robotic Process Automation software
• Bonus: Mortgage, fintech, and/or title industry experience

Responsibilities

• Approach tasks with humility, openness to being wrong, and a willingness to learn
• Maintain and expand functionality of multiple production ASP.NET Core Web API projects
• QA test new functionality
• Develop and maintain new unit and integration tests
• Develop and deploy scripts, services, and stored procedures for a back-office WinForms SQL Server application
• Gather requirements for new RPA processes
• Develop and deploy new bots and features
• Demonstrate strong all-around development skills across front-end and back-end work
• Operate within Windows development and production environments
• Capable of task switching and managing multiple tasks
• Capable of interpreting and writing business logic with minimal requirements
• The Junior Developer must live within a commutable distance to the Warwick, RI office
