iOS Developer

Robotics Technologies is offering a remote contract opportunity for an iOS developer based in Massachusetts. This role centers on React Native driven mobile apps, with a focus on delivering performant, scalable code. You will design, build, and maintain high quality applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to shape features from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain iOS applications using React Native
• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and refine app features
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
• Optimize performance, quality, and responsiveness across the application
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third party libraries
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Ensure app stability, security, and scalability

Requirements

• Solid experience in iOS development
• Hands-on experience with React Native
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Knowledge of Swift and/or Objective-C
• Experience with Xcode, iOS SDK, and Apple design guidelines
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
