React Native Mobile Developer

Mojo AI is hiring a Senior React Native mobile developer to build and maintain a core React Native mobile application with offline-first behavior, local data management, and background upload/download.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance mobile application using React Native
• Implement offline-first mobile behavior while managing large data transfer volumes to and from backend services
• Develop and optimize database structures for local mobile use
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code aligned with industry best practices, security guidelines, and standards
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions tied to business goals
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in a timely manner, implementing robust fixes to help prevent repeats
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, and advocate for technology and process improvements

Requirements

• 6-12 years of general development experience with a strong focus on React Native
• Proven experience scaling applications and optimizing systems for high performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
