ICT Visualization Developer

Stellantis is seeking an ICT Visualization Developer to translate data into clear, actionable front-end visualizations that empower Purchasing and Finance to make data-driven decisions. This onsite role resides in Auburn Hills, Michigan, where collaboration with analysts and engineers helps deliver enterprise-grade reporting solutions for Stellantis' commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand and anticipate the needs of business partners to determine the most effective approach for delivering data visualizations that meet those requirements. This involves translating requests into clear, actionable design concepts that support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and data architects to create and deploy comprehensive end-to-end reporting solutions. This partnership spans the lifecycle from requirements gathering through design and validation to ensure the final dashboards align with stakeholder expectations.
• Explore data to design, develop, and test enterprise-wide reporting and dashboard solutions. The work involves validating insights across the organization and iterating visuals to improve clarity and usefulness.
• Visualize and calculate metrics and KPIs drawn from various data sources to support decision making. This includes translating quantitative results into accessible visuals that communicate performance at a glance.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to IT and business personnel to promote widespread adoption and proficient use of visualization tools. Training and documentation help ensure teams can leverage dashboards effectively over time.
• Proactively monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to implement new technologies that bring innovative solutions to the organization. This includes evaluating tools and approaches to enhance visualization capabilities and performance.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automation of manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and tuning application design to maximize performance and end-user experience. The aim is to streamline workflows while maintaining robust, scalable dashboards.
