Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer
Job Description
Experis is hiring a Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer for its IT organization supporting insurance operations in Cleveland, Ohio (onsite). The role focuses on Guidewire PolicyCenter design and configuration, integration development, and upgrade support within an Agile delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure UI components, PCF files, business rules, workflows, and data models in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Build and maintain integrations using web services and REST/SOAP APIs to connect PolicyCenter with external systems such as billing, claims, and rating engines.
- Implement and support upgrades directly on the Guidewire Cloud Platform, supporting smooth cloud migration processes.
- Work with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver sprint stories under an Agile framework.
- Complete mandatory onboarding activities, including meet and greets at designated locations, with company-covered travel if required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire, with experience centered on PC, Property Casualty, or Commercial Lines insurance domains.
- Strong technical knowledge of Gosu, PCF, Page Configuration, the Rules Engine, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with system configuration, development, and enhancement of UI components and business rules within PolicyCenter.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to onsite locations as needed, with travel expenses covered by the company.
