Full Stack Developer Programmer

Secure24 invites applications for an in office Full Stack Developer Programmer to modernize a CRM platform using CodeIgniter 4 through a Strangler Fig migration strategy, reporting to the Director of Technology. The role is based onsite in Earth City, MO and offers a salary between USD 60,000 and 90,000 per year. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of professional PHP development experience.
Responsibilities
- Modernize legacy PHP applications into CodeIgniter 4
- Refactor procedural PHP into a maintainable MVC architecture
- Build and maintain internal CRM functionality
- Develop and integrate REST APIs
- Improve database performance and enhance application reliability
- Support business automation and operational workflows
- Troubleshoot and improve existing production systems
- Collaborate with senior developers on architectural improvements and new features
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of professional PHP development experience
- Professional experience with CodeIgniter or CodeIgniter 4
- Experience working within legacy PHP applications
- Experience refactoring or improving existing production systems
- MySQL or MariaDB experience
- REST API development or integration experience
- Git version control experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
