Full Stack Developer - AI Trainer

As a remote, asynchronous Full Stack Engineer Expert at AfterQuery Experts, you will help create and assess production-grade AI training scenarios focused on software judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create challenging, realistic full stack application work tasks based on production workflows
• Assess model outputs for correctness, sound reasoning, and subtle failure modes
• Write clear, auditable reasoning so another engineer can review and validate the judgment
• Provide detailed feedback that improves the trustworthiness of resulting training data

Requirements

• Professional experience building and shipping full stack web applications
• Proficiency with a modern framework such as Next.js, including SQL schema design
• Comfort owning development end-to-end, from data model through interface

• Pay: USD 70 - 85 per hour
