F-15 Mission Systems Software Engineer (Associate, Experienced, & Senior)
Job Description
F-15 Mission Systems Software Engineer role on the Boeing F-15 Mission System Software Development Team in Berkeley, MO, focusing on design, development, integration and testing of F-15 OFP capabilities for USAF and international customers within ADCP II Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Designs, documents, and sustains software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and system designs.
- Writes and maintains code, integrating software components into a complete, working system.
- Creates verification plans, test procedures, and test environments; conducts tests and records results to verify requirements.
- Leads software research and development initiatives and documents outcomes.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Diagnoses and resolves software issues.
- Performs work under general supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required; Secret clearance pre-start.
- At least 2 years of experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.
- At least 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming.
- At least 2 years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems.

- Summary pay ranges: Associate $99,450.00 – $134,550.00; Experienced $126,650.00 – $171,350.00; Senior $160,650.00 – $217,350.00.
