Job Description

Sur-Seal is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer to strengthen and evolve the ERP ecosystem within its Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing operations. This onsite role blends hands-on software development with solving real world business problems, supporting internal applications and the Epicor ERP environment. The position offers a salary of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year and requires a Bachelor's degree along with 3–5 years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support internal applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data structures to enable business processes.
  • Provide ongoing support for the Epicor ERP system, including troubleshooting, reporting, and customizations.
  • Build integrations between ERP and other systems via REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and finance teams to understand issues, identify root causes, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and usability while supporting production environments and responding to incidents.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with C# and ASP.NET (Core preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system, manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries in a business setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve real-world application and data issues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage tasks effectively.
  • Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration across departments and levels.
