Data Engineer

Storm3 is building at the intersection of AI, data, and healthcare, and the team is hiring its first Data Engineer for an on-site role in New York, NY. This position is designed for someone who wants to own the full data foundation from day one, partnering closely across Product, AI, Media, and Customer teams to power campaign measurement and data-driven insights.

Storm3 is trusted by 50+ pharma brands and leading life sciences organizations, with backing from top healthcare and technology investors, including founders behind some of healthcare’s most successful startups. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s data architecture, product roadmap, and measurement platform from the start.

Compensation: USD 200,000 - 300,000 per year.

What you’ll do

• Build and own the cloud data platform end-to-end.
• Design scalable ingestion, transformation, and attribution pipelines.
• Solve complex identity resolution and data quality challenges.
• Create the foundation for campaign measurement, experimentation, and AI-driven insights.
• Work directly with Product, AI, Media, and Customer teams to deliver reliable data products.

What you bring

• Strong Python and SQL.
• Experience building production-grade data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Expertise with modern cloud data stacks such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and similar.
• Comfort working with messy, high-volume third-party data.
• A startup mentality and a drive to own problems from 0 to 1.
