Data Engineer
Job Description
Data Engineer role at Accenture Flex focuses on designing, building, and maintaining data solutions, creating robust pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes across multiple systems; work onsite with the client three days per week in Jersey City, NJ, Addison, TX, or Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex workflows and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data solutions that satisfy business needs.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve data issues to maintain accuracy and reliability of data assets.
- Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced team members to promote best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tooling to boost team performance.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a skilled data engineer with strong data integration and automation capabilities.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology.
- Associate Degree.
