Data Engineer

Data Engineer role at Accenture Flex focuses on designing, building, and maintaining data solutions, creating robust pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes across multiple systems; work onsite with the client three days per week in Jersey City, NJ, Addison, TX, or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex workflows and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data solutions that satisfy business needs.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data issues to maintain accuracy and reliability of data assets.
• Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced team members to promote best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tooling to boost team performance.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a skilled data engineer with strong data integration and automation capabilities.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology.
• Associate Degree.
