Data Engineer
Job Description
Accenture Flex is hiring a Data Engineer to design, build, and operate data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and data migration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals and technical standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to teammates to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Analyze complex data problems and create approaches to improve reliability and efficiency
- Drive adoption of best practices in data management and pipeline development to improve overall data quality
- Use strong SQL and Python skills to engineer data pipelines and perform routine and ad hoc analysis
- Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to design, create, and track campaign program KPIs
- Perform analyses on large datasets to identify drivers of marketing engagement and recommend campaign and product optimizations
- Manage end-to-end analytics tooling feature development, including request intake, requirements evaluation, cross-functional alignment, execution, QA testing, and stakeholder communication
- Serve as a point of contact for marketers, analysts, and cross-functional partners to understand reporting and data needs, action items, and inquiries
- Partner with other data engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver client needs and initiatives
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions supporting data generation, collection, and processing
- Create and maintain data pipelines with data quality controls and extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems
- Collaborate with and manage the team to support effective execution
- Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams
- Deliver solutions to problems that impact multiple teams
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Data Engineering
- Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, Data Pipelines, and Data Processing
- High School Diploma or GED

- Salary: USD 72 to 92 per hourly
- Hourly Salary Range by Region: California; Cleveland; Colorado; Columbus; Connecticut; District of Columbia; Illinois; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts; Minnesota; New York; New Jersey; Virginia; Washington (all listed as USD 72 to 92 per hourly)
