Data Engineer

This Philadelphia, PA hybrid Data Engineer role focuses on Azure-based data platforms, SQL development, and Power BI reporting to support analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise data warehouse solutions on the Azure cloud.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory with change data capture (CDC).
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases using T-SQL.
• Model data structures and pipelines with DBT.
• Create Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Assist with data migrations and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into practical solutions.
• Apply data governance and security best practices, with emphasis on financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience with T-SQL and data warehouse development.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and DBT.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency in Power BI reporting.
