Customer Integration Engineer / C# Developer
Job Description
Join a customer‑focused engineering team in a hybrid Seattle setting. This hands‑on role leads customer integration initiatives from kickoff to go‑live, owning relationships and delivering robust C# and .NET solutions. The position offers a competitive annual compensation of USD 120,000 – 155,000, plus a benefits package that includes paid sick days and holidays, paid vacation, 401(k) with company matching, medical insurance, a flexible schedule, and the option to work from home with occasional visits to the Seattle office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer integration projects from kickoff through delivery.
- Lead scoping discussions to understand customer systems, surface constraints, and define realistic integration approaches.
- Develop prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and code samples to unblock customers quickly.
- Support and guide customers through on‑premise installations to Windows Server environments.
- Write clean, well‑documented C# code against our .NET LTS platform and SQL Server data layer.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams on customer feedback and integration patterns.
- Coordinate with program and project managers to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Become the go‑to technical contact for low‑level support on customer and on‑premise projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional C# development experience with solid .NET fundamentals.
- Comfortable owning the customer relationship on technical projects; effective communicator who can manage expectations.
- Practical experience with SQL Server including query optimization, schema design, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux‑based deployment environments.
- Experience supporting on‑premise software installations, ideally on Windows Server.
- Ability to translate fuzzy customer requirements into well‑scoped technical plans.
