Associate Software Engineer

Software Warranty INC is hiring an Associate Software Engineer in Boston, MA for onsite work to help build, test, and improve software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code
• Assist with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams on day-to-day development
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Document development work and technical processes
• Support application performance and quality improvement efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of programming fundamentals
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Internship, academic, or software project experience is a plus
