AI Solution Developer

The AI Solutions Developer at REINEKE FAMILY DEALERSHIPS INC will design, build, implement, and support AI solutions intended to strengthen efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and overall profitability across the dealership organization. The role partners with leadership and department teams to translate business needs into practical AI outcomes while maintaining responsible, secure, and accurate AI use.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating an organization-wide roadmap for responsible AI adoption.
• Develop, build, and maintain AI tools, applications, and automations for departments across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify priority initiatives and deliver working solutions.
• Review current dealership processes and identify repetitive, time-consuming, or inefficient tasks that may be improved through technology.
• Generate AI implementation recommendations based on business needs, potential return on investment, ease of implementation, and employee impact.
• Maintain working knowledge of dealership operations across Sales, Service, Parts, BDC/Internet, Finance, Accounting, HR, and Marketing.
• Follow company IT and data security standards during development and support activities.
• Conduct training sessions for employees and management as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools.
• Curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Problem-solving skills and clear communication skills with non-technical coworkers.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate business needs into technology solutions.
