Kingbee Vans, based in Salt Lake City and operating on site, is seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to own, optimize, and scale the Operations workflow built with Zoho Creator. This role centers on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting, with a key focus on migrating HubSpot to Zoho CRM and maintaining seamless integration with other systems. The annual compensation ranges from USD 55,302 to 120,000, reflecting the experience level sought.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM ecosystem, handling customization, workflows, and ongoing optimization
- Lead the HubSpot to Zoho CRM migration, ensuring alignment with business processes and data structure
- Design and deploy automations, integrations, and workflows to boost efficiency
- Maintain data integrity and enhance reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM adoption across teams
- Manage integrations between Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM and other internal or external tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer with a strong focus on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting, CRM Administrator, or a similar role
- Expert-level knowledge of Deluge for Zoho and JavaScript
- Experience with other Zoho One apps (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) is not required and not sufficient
- Proven ability to build custom workflows, automations, and integrations in Zoho Creator
- Experience with APIs, data migrations, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data architecture
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboards
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
