Job Description

Matrix Medical Communications, LLC is seeking a Website Developer to build and keep improving WordPress websites that support medical education content. This hybrid role in West Chester, PA combines hands-on development with technical and on-page SEO, ad technology, and ongoing monitoring for performance, uptime, and security in a high-traffic publishing environment.

You will collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing colleagues to convert content plans and campaign requirements into functioning pages and features, while also maintaining and extending the platform through custom plugins, themes, and third-party integrations.

What you will do

Build and maintain WordPress sites that support a growing library of medical education content, adding new features as needs evolve.
Apply technical and on-page SEO across site architecture, templates, and content markup to strengthen visibility and organic reach.
Handle ad tech integrations and tags, and tune page performance to support both ad viewability and page speed.
Partner with editorial, design, and marketing teams to turn campaign and content plans into working pages and features.
Monitor and troubleshoot site performance, uptime, and security in a high-traffic publishing environment.
Maintain and extend custom WordPress plugins, themes, and third-party integrations.

What you bring

4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites.
Practical experience with SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and structured data.
Experience working with ad tech platforms and ad serving tools, including Ad Butler and Google Ad Manager.
Working proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and coordinate with non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description

Application Developer - ETL on QVC's Enterprise Data Warehouse development team in West Chester, PA, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Lead the development team and mentor junior engineers to foster growth and quality.
Collaborate with the Scrum Master to plan sprints and deliver artifacts.

CI/CD pipeline experience using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
Agile practices (Scrum), Jira, Confluence, and standard source code management.
Knowledge of Stonebranch and BI tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau.
Experience with AI assisted development tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Databricks Genie.
