Datanational Corporation is hiring a full-time RPG Developer/Analyst for hybrid remote work in Farmington Hills, MI (48335). This role supports mission critical ERP and EDI operations, with opportunities to work on analysis, design, and ongoing support for applications that integrate with vendor software packages. Responsibilities
- Develop custom RPG programs as needed, including user exit programs.
- Support ERP production changes by preparing system updates for the production environment.
- Provide post live system and user support.
- Deliver ongoing EDI transaction support.
- Help support the Operations Help-desk by answering application questions from end-users.
You will also have the opportunity to provide analysis and design for mission critical applications and integrate with multiple vendor published software packages, supporting environments that include ERP and EDI workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with AS/400 knowledge as an RPG Developer.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide after-hours remote on-call support.
Nice to have (not required): manufacturing experience and CMS ERP system experience, plus exposure to EDI / TrustedLink (TLI) and Cleo Lexicon communication packages.

Compensation and Details
This is a full-time salary position with semi-monthly payroll. Pay is from $72,800.00 per year, with salary commensurate with experience.
As part of a critical support team, participation in after-hours on-call support may be required at least one week per month. The environment includes structured standards for designing, programming, testing, and documentation of systems.
