ZOHO DEVELOPER

Zoho Developer responsible for overseeing Pinky’s inventory and CRM initiatives, with a focus on Zoho CRM setup, workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer insights and sales.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to strengthen customer relationships, including standardized procedures for interactions and ongoing management of the inventory and CRM platform.
• Ensure CRM data quality and upkeep, analyzing customer information to reveal trends and insights for targeted engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to ensure effective CRM usage and data‑driven sales growth.
• Develop workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes and propose approaches to improve customer experiences.
• Create campaigns and strategies to boost loyalty and attract new customers.
• Monitor progress, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Manage the Zoho CRM configuration, workflows, automations, and integrations across the organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose CRM enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Document system processes, configurations, and best practices for reference.
• Develop, analyze, and present CRM reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align CRM initiatives with company objectives.
• Design training programs to ensure consistent and effective use of the CRM across teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze large data sets and understand customer behavior.
• Exhibit strong communication, empathy, and leadership to manage customers and internal teams.
• Create innovative strategies for customer relationship management and leverage CRM capabilities to support business value.
• Maintain a solid understanding of CRM software and how to use its features to benefit the business.

Requirements

• Zoho partner experience of 5+ years is required.
• Understanding of CRM database structure, workflows, and automation tools.
• Comfort with software logic concepts (Deluge, HTML, SQL, JavaScript; API calls a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset.
• Computer science degree preferred.
• Proficient in English for effective team communication.
