Junior Data Engineer, CRM

The Junior Data Engineer, CRM supports the day-to-day data needs of the Samsung Mobile (MX) CRM program. Reporting to the Data Lead within the CRM Data & Analytics team, this role focuses on extracting CRM-related data from multiple client systems, preparing reliable datasets for analysts, and maintaining strong data quality standards under the Senior Data Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from C360, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign on request and according to established schedules.
• Clean, join, and format datasets to match analysts' specifications.
• Support audience counts and complete segment checks prior to deployment.
• Perform quality checks and reconcile reporting numbers across data sources.
• Document data sources, data fields, and recurring jobs to support repeatability and traceability.
• Assist with building and maintaining pipelines on the Cheil data server, using Google Cloud or AWS.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Exposure to Google Cloud or AWS.
• Careful, organized working style with strong attention to data accuracy.
• Experience with marketing data or Adobe tools is a plus.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule at the agency in Plano, Texas.
