Unqork Developer / Unqork Engineer (Low Code / No Code)

3Pillar Global is seeking an Unqork Developer/Engineer to design and deliver scalable Unqork-based digital workflows for a broad partner network. The role covers end-to-end delivery, client leadership, architectural collaboration, and Agile execution, with a remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• End to End Delivery: Build, configure, and extend applications on the Unqork platform, owning feature delivery from technical design through launch, and identify opportunities to positively influence customer adoption.
• Client Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders during US business hours, managing expectations and communications with senior client leadership.
• Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with the Architect to implement designs and architectural decisions, proactively escalating risks while ensuring solutions align with scalable BFF and proxy architectures.
• Global Team Coordination: Coordinate with distributed offshore developers across multiple time zones, providing context, guidance, and thorough code and configuration reviews.
• Agile Execution and Documentation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning, contributing to technical artifacts and knowledge transfer materials to support long-term project sustainability.

Requirements

• Ability to work during standard US business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of overall technical experience with a strong hybrid background.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically working on Unqork projects.
• Unqork Certification is required.
• Proven experience with Dynamic Refresh, data storage in session or browser, user data storage post lazy load, API integration, SendGrid, DocuSign integration, SFTP integration, and SSO.
• Solid understanding of REST API integration patterns, combined with strong frontend HTML/CSS knowledge including media queries.
• High level of English proficiency to interact with a globally distributed development team.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and articulate architectural details using appropriate technical language.
• Natural leadership with strong critical reasoning and sound decision-making abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes and familiarity with actionable metrics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Demonstrated mentorship and thought leadership to engineers and decision-makers across the organization.
