Job Description

Swordfish Web Solutions seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to build scalable web applications, including patented technology for the world's largest Chevrolet dealership. This contract-to-hire role offers part-time to full-time capacity, mostly remote work with monthly travel to Cincinnati, and is based in Indianapolis, IN in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, integrating patented technology for the Chevrolet dealership project.
  • Create software solutions for additional clients as requested.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a software developer
  • Regular use of AI tools
  • Available for a Zoom call at 8:00 AM ET on weekdays
  • Available for a half-day in-person working meeting in Cincinnati each Thursday
  • Must develop on a Mac due to proprietary scripting tools
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
