This contract-to-hire position offers meaningful, impact-driven work, flexible hours, and a supportive team culture. Location and Schedule

This is a hybrid remote role based in Cincinnati, OH 45249. The position accommodates mostly remote work with monthly travel to Cincinnati, and includes a Thursday half-day in-person working meeting in Cincinnati. In addition, there are regular 8:00 AM ET Zoom check-ins on weekdays as part of the coordination cadence.

Compensation and Status

Salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 115,000 per year, with a contract classification that can transition to full-time during the contract-to-hire period. The role is described as part-time to full-time, depending on project needs and progression.
