Software Engineer Sr - Level 3

Responsibilities

• Generate and simulate operational level plans to explore feasible capabilities and defense strategies for a future space capability.
• Dynamically optimize terrestrial and space-based sensors to provide comprehensive space domain awareness.
• Strategically optimize the placement and maneuvering of satellite constellations to satisfy evolving priorities.
• As part of an Agile Scrum Team, rapidly develop and deploy solutions for a complex space system, delivering mission capability securely and continuously.

Requirements

• Software development experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
• Experience developing software with CI/CD build tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
• Experience working on large-scale software projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software test best practices, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• US Citizenship Required: No clearance required to start but must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
