Job Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Software Engineer - Level 2 to join the OmniView team within the Mission Management System, contributing to the world view interface for the MDCX open-architecture platform. This onsite role in Fort Worth, TX centers on turning complex requirements into robust software through development, integration, and testing efforts. A strong background in C++ and/or C# and aBachelor's degree are required to navigate diverse host-system integrations and flight-test activities.

Responsibilities

  • Generating requirements, system and software design and implementation
  • Integrating and flight test events
  • Adjudicating change requests as the software is updated, tested, and integrated.
  • Participating in integration activities that will include a multitude of host systems, such as live assets of varying capability and structure, simulated systems, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations.

Requirements

  • C++ and/or C# programming experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
