Software Engineer (Full Stack & Python)

This Software Engineer (Full Stack & Python) role focuses on mission-facing development in Python and JavaScript applications, operating within Agile workflows and requiring TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. The position is onsite in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily scrum meetings to coordinate work and align team efforts
• Troubleshoot complex problems and assist customers with application and system issues
• Leverage programming skills to automate processes and enhance efficiency in client applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• TS/SCI clearance with the required polygraph
• Minimum 6+ years of software development experience using object oriented programming languages
• 4+ years as a full stack developer
• 3+ years direct experience with Python web development
• 3+ years of experience building or consuming downstream REST APIs
• 3+ years of experience with a JavaScript front-end framework (Angular, Vue, or React)
• 3+ years of experience using Git for code management and versioning
• 3+ years of experience writing unit, integration and functional tests
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD technologies (eg, Jenkins, GitLab Runners)
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Pay Range

$113,200 - $237,800 per year
