Software Engineer - Early Career

What you will do

• Planning, conducting, and coordinating agile software development activities.
• Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software that provides logical and mathematical solutions to mission-critical issues.
• Applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
• Leveraging knowledge of computer hardware and software, the domain to be programmed in mission applications, information processing techniques, and user-derived information to create software.
• Correcting program errors, compiling development documentation, and analyzing system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Java development experience
• Ability to learn and implement new technologies
• U.S. citizenship is required; candidates will undergo a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance is required for this role
• Minimum 4 years of experience
