Job Description
Experis is seeking a Software Engineer 4 (Contingent) in Columbus, OH (onsite) to support the delivery of AI solutions within the software engineering organization. This role focuses on building multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and enterprise full-stack applications that leverage generative AI to enable intelligent automation.
As part of Experis, you will work across product, architecture, and engineering teams while helping drive measurable business impact. The position also emphasizes technical excellence across scalability, security, and performance, with opportunities for rapid prototyping and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support AI-powered experiences and reusable AI capabilities.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks for intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities aligned to business outcomes.
- Ensure AI and automation solutions meet expectations for scalability, security, performance, and overall technical quality, including rapid prototyping and deployment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications, including strong skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
- 2+ years hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
- Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Compensation and Location
- Location: Columbus, OH (onsite)
- Pay range: $70-$74 per hour (USD)
