Job Description

Join Kry’s Clinician Availability and Scheduling team to build the scheduling, availability, and booking capabilities that connect patients with clinicians across Sweden, Norway, France, and the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously improve core services for clinician schedules, slot availability, and patient booking flows.
  • Address real scheduling challenges such as matching patients to the right clinician, balancing capacity, and managing rebookings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across design, product management, clinical operations, and data analysis to deliver full-stack solutions.
  • Develop and optimize client-side and server-side capabilities with a focus on smooth user experience and clean APIs.
  • Contribute to code reviews, write comprehensive tests, and improve software quality through iterative refinements.
  • Support infrastructure setup and deployment pipelines using AWS, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
  • Work within an agile, lightweight Scrum process that emphasizes ongoing improvement in how the team operates.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java and React (with Kotlin as a bonus).
  • Use AI tools (for example, coding assistants and agents) as part of your normal workflow for building, reviewing, and shipping software.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based application development using AWS and Terraform.
  • Experience creating backend services and APIs, ideally within distributed or multi-market systems.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work across multiple languages and frameworks and adapt quickly when new technologies are needed.
  • Fluency in English for written and verbal communication.
