Job Description

This Software Engineer role supports a growing remote team focused on building scalable software that improves business operations and the customer experience. The work includes designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications and internal systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications and internal systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams across functions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Support system integration, including API development and database management.
  • Help ensure software performance, security, and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in software development or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar.
  • Experience with frontend and/or backend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Compensation and Location

Location: Englewood, CO (remote). Pay: USD 45 - 85 per hour.
