Software Engineer for the DCWS Mission Area at Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, based in Columbia, MD with hybrid work options.

Create and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate deployment and configuration of ESXi, Rocky, and Oracle Nodes, as well as a variety of software applications used across the environment.
Containerize applications and oversee image builds, versioning, and distribution in offline environments to support reproducible deployments.
Design and sustain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and GitHub Actions, enabling iterative software delivery across multiple products.
Diagnose and resolve deployment, networking, storage, and configuration issues across the full stack in air-gapped environments to ensure reliability.
Contribute to system design and architecture discussions for automation and deployment tooling, guiding the team's technical approach and standards.

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Experience with GitLab and at least one build tool.
Familiar with unit testing and functional test development.
Working knowledge of security principles, including least privilege, authorization, authentication, confidentiality, and integrity.
