Tata Consultancy Services invites you to join a role that blends ServiceNow development with AI agent innovation. This onsite position in Dallas, TX offers a competitive salary range of USD 64,000 to 135,000 per year and the opportunity to collaborate with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS. As a ServiceNow Developer with AI agent experience, you will build, configure, test, and continually refine AI Agent products on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow solutions, maintaining thorough documentation and effective problem solving.
- Build ServiceNow agents, configure the platform, and apply technical design concepts.
- Contribute to AI enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices.
- Participate in peer reviews and smoke testing while troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS in a fast paced, pilot driven environment.
- Document clearly and solve problems to keep momentum and quality high.
- Develop and enhance AI Agent products.
- Develop and refine Technical Design Agents.
- Develop and enhance Configuration (Config) Agents.
- Develop AI Testing and Quality focused agents.
- Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
Requirements
- Experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Experience providing test support.
- Strong documentation and problem solving skills.
- Experience building ServiceNow agents.
- ServiceNow platform configuration experience.
- Familiarity with technical design concepts.
- Experience with AI enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices.
- Comfortable performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fast paced, pilot driven environment.
- Development and enhancement of AI Agent Products.
