Senior Web Application Developer
Job Description
CarShield seeks a Senior Web Application Developer to design and implement scalable web applications using the Microsoft .NET stack. This onsite role reports to the Web App Development Manager and is based in Saint Peters, Missouri.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrate flexibility and rapid learning across diverse technical and creative environments while delivering high quality work.
- Leverage advanced design capabilities to support a broad range of marketing objectives.
- Define project scope and identify both design and development requirements.
- Maintain strong organization to coordinate multiple projects concurrently within defined timelines.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively in challenging situations.
- Exhibit excellent written communication with proper grammar, spelling, tone, and tact to foster a respectful, collaborative team environment.
- Contribute a strong sense of design and visual appeal to deliver attractive user interfaces.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Energetic and positive attitude with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional teams.
- Availability to work five days per week in the St. Peters, MO office.
- 7+ years of professional experience in web application development with expertise in .NET, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, or equivalent experience with AWS or GCP, to manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Flutter, Capacitor, or similar cross‑platform technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges with effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to engage effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
