Senior Software Engineer – Army T&E

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and demonstration of feature rich applications
• Research and build solutions that support evaluation technologies used in the Army's rapid acquisition and logistics initiatives
• Continuously learn new technologies and programming tools to keep the team well equipped and prepared to deliver

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field plus at least 10 years of experience
• Proficient in one or more of Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience with web frameworks and libraries such as React, FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy
• Self motivated, energetic developer with strong time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Collaborates with teammates both virtually and in person to plan projects, assist with issues, and present solutions to clients
• U.S. citizen eligible for a U.S. government background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building applications that present complex workflows through clear, intuitive visualizations
• Portfolio or examples of code or applications you have built that can be reviewed
• Familiarity with AI assisted software development workflows
