Senior Software Engineer

Revature is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to enterprise client engagements from Reston, Virginia. The role involves collaborating with client business and technology teams and applying AI-assisted development across the full stack.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to software development efforts for enterprise clients
• Write clean, maintainable code across the full stack
• Utilize AI and GenAI tools to accelerate development pace and improve quality
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation activities
• Collaborate with a team of engineers in a fast paced, client-focused environment

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of software development experience
• Strong full-stack expertise in Java or Python
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders
• Proactive and capable of working independently
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the United States; the role starts virtual and relocation will be required based on client placement, location not known at time of hire
