Job Description
TherapyNotes.com is building and evolving its platform, and this Senior Software Developer role will help shape what comes next. You will work onsite in Philadelphia, PA, collaborate with a strong engineering team, and contribute to architecture decisions spanning performance, reliability, and maintainability. The role includes a 2-week onboarding plan plus comprehensive mentorship as you ramp up, along with employer-supported benefits and ongoing development support.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain features across Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and PostgreSQL
- Design and implement scalable APIs and services using SOA/event-driven approaches
- Contribute to architecture decisions that improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with teammates through reviews and design discussions
- Support and mentor developers as the team grows
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- BS in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred)
- Strong experience with Angular, .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and modern architecture
- Experience building APIs and working with relational databases
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & benefits
- Competitive salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
