Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain internal business applications primarily using Java
- Architect and optimize MySQL databases, queries, and related structures
- Diagnose issues, debug, and improve existing software systems
- Develop and maintain unit tests and contribute to code reviews
- Provide support for legacy PHP applications and build Python automation tools as needed
- Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based environments hosting applications
- Steer technical projects from planning through delivery
- Maintain dependable attendance and perform any additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years of professional software development experience
- Experience with Java development and object-oriented programming principles
- Strong knowledge of MySQL database design, query development, and performance optimization
- Experience with unit testing and testable software design
- Experience working within Linux server environments
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: USD 95,000 - 130,000 per year
