The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will define the architecture for scalable AI/ML and agentic workflows at an enterprise data analytics company, with a focus on legal-industry solutions and a next-generation AI product. This role is fully hands-on and includes building, deploying, and integrating systems used for legal research, LLM-assisted experiences, retrieval, and enterprise agent workflows.

Role Summary

Own the technical direction for large-scale machine learning and AI capabilities, spanning model development and distributed ML systems. The work includes LLM research assistants, retrieval systems, and enterprise-grade agentic workflows designed to support legal research use cases.

Responsibilities

100% Hands On across model development, deployment, and production integration.
Build and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models for legal research tools.
Design and improve large-scale, distributed ML systems and enterprise platforms.
Develop and integrate agent-based AI workflows and retrieval systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure SI solutions are scalable and secure.

Requirements

Skilled in AI/ML and agentic workflows.
Skilled in LLM and RAG architecture.
Experience with vector databases.
Exposure to MLOps.
