Job Description

This contract role supports The Akanksha LLC in building and maintaining the enterprise integrations that connect critical platforms across the organization. The position is based onsite in Lincolnshire, IL under a C2H arrangement and focuses on backend interface development, system programming, and reliable data exchange across multiple systems.

Role Overview

The Senior Integration Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and connecting key application and system interfaces that support enterprise operations. Work includes backend interface development across CRM, ERP, POS, and web systems, with an emphasis on data integrity and robust integration patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and connect critical application and system interfaces that power enterprise workflows.
  • Create backend interfaces across core platforms, including CRM, ERP, POS, and multiple web systems.
  • Maintain an exceptionally strong focus on backend development, system programming, and data integrity across CRM, ERP, POS, and related web platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of software development experience.
  • Strong backend development experience; full stack background is acceptable when backend emphasis is demonstrated.
  • Solid system programming experience and strong understanding of data structures.
  • Mandatory experience with one or more of: .NET Core, C#, JAVA, JavaScript, PHP.
  • Extensive experience building and integrating robust web APIs using REST or SOAP.
  • Strong relational database skills with SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Experience with source control integration using GIT.
  • Experience with one or more IDE environments or frameworks: Visual Studio IDE, NestJS, Symfony, ReactJS, Angular.
  • Experience delivering software using a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills across written, electronic, and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with frequently shifting priorities.
  • Experience with project management platforms including Confluence and Jira is strongly preferred.
