Senior Fullstack .NET/Blazor/AI Developer (US Citizen/Hybrid work required)

Senior Fullstack .NET/Blazor/AI Developer for IvoryCloud in Rockville, MD, a hybrid role with a annual salary range of USD 140,000–165,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate effort estimates by outlining the technical approach for new features, changes, and defect fixes.
• Deliver in an Agile environment with solid collaboration and iteration.
• Develop, document, unit test, and participate in peer reviews as required.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Software Testers to fully understand and fulfill requirements.
• Work with the development team to support New Product Development and assist with Operations & Maintenance as needed.
• Architect and build robust, scalable web applications using Blazor WebAssembly, Blazor Server, Entity Framework Core, Azure SQL, Power BI, and .NET.
• Leverage hands-on experience with complex, enterprise-wide workflow-based systems.
• Partner with the Development team and federal operational stakeholders to plan and execute the product launch.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high quality.
• Implement new system enhancements, change requests, and defect resolution to improve the application.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep solutions innovative.
• Optimize codebases for peak performance and scalability.
• Apply defensive programming practices to enhance security and scalability.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must pass multiple background and employment checks at federal and local levels.
• Hybrid work requires in-office presence two days per week in Rockville, MD.
• On joining, in-person onboarding at the Rockville office for paperwork, ID verification, and laptop pickup; travel for non-local candidates is at their expense and reimbursed after a 90-day probation.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
