Design, deploy, and sustain components of an AI analytics stack across web, API, AI workflow, and data layers.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code aligned to best practices and coding standards
Own technical design and implementation for AI-enabled web applications and analytics using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies
Integrate AI and large language model capabilities into application workflows, including prompting, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Design, develop, and integrate APIs including FastAPI-based services for system-to-system communication
Build and maintain user interfaces that help end users access AI, data, and analytics capabilities
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployments using Docker for repeatable builds and reliable releases
Develop with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL to support data integrity, performance, and efficiency
Use Git for version control and to support collaborative code management
Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, develop, test, and deliver new features
Deliver solutions that meet requirements for security, quality, reliability, and maintainability
Contribute throughout the software development life cycle, from concept and design through testing, deployment, and sustainment

Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Python
Experience building AI-enabled web applications, analytic dashboards, or user workflows using Streamlit or similar technologies
Strong knowledge of web technologies, containerization, RESTful APIs, and user interface development
Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend solutions using Python frameworks
Familiarity with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
Proficiency with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus
Proficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows
Hands-on full stack development experience and strong understanding of the software development life cycle
Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Clearance: Current TS/SCI Clearance with active or ability to obtain CI Polygraph is required
Experience: 10+ years of related experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Location and work style: Onsite in Crystal City, VA with optional CONUS travel
