Python Developer with Veeva Vault

Accenture offers a hybrid Python Developer role in Saint Petersburg, FL, with a primary location in Chesterbrook, PA and consideration for Tampa, Orlando, or Nashville. This position requires three days per week in the office and focuses on building custom software solutions across Pharma R&D Clinical Systems using Veeva Vault. You will collaborate with multiple teams in a cross-functional, agile environment and contribute to scalable, high-performing solutions that align with business goals.

Compensation: USD 59,100 - 196,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
• Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate and guide the team to perform effectively
• Take ownership of team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across other teams
• Lead the design and implementation of software components that meet project requirements and quality standards
• Support colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment
• Analyze complex problems and craft innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Python Development
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems (Veeva Vault)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If an Associate Degree is held, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required
